Reflection On the Animal Farm Movie

So, we watched the movie of Animal Farm last Thursday. The movie was very outdated, since it was filmed not long after World War II. It was quite a shock to me that the movie quality was so great. The movie was colorful and with great and smooth animations. It was definitely a pleasant surprise to me since I was expecting something more old and choppy and black and white too. Napoleon and Snowball and all the other pigs looked really mean and scary, which was sort of unexpected to me, since I thought Snowball would look a bit nicer and not quite as mean. Mr. Jones was also extremely creepy in this movie. When his was was finally shown to us, he was shown with bags under his eyes and drunk as can be. I didn't imagine Mr. Jones to be that bad, so the movie's version of Mr. Jones was quite scary to me. However, the movie was very entertaining and I would definitely like to continue watching it!
